Beads are versatile after you tie them on your waist, you can tie them on as an anklet or bracelet! Make use of those extra beads!

You can shower, swim, workout and do any normal daily activity you do with your waistbeads!!

**Some colors may fade over time after normal wear**

*Please be mindful of pulling/tugging strands when removing bottoms, can tend to pop if tugged really hard. Beads are pretty durable

Tie on instructions:

1. Position the bead strand around your waist where you want them to lay on your physique (high waist, lower waist, mid waist)

2. Once you have strand positioned, overlap strand at your desired fit, ensure that there are no spaces by pushing beads snug (not too tight) against each other before tying, push extra beads to the knots(s) *(This is where you would have extra beads to possibly tie a anklet/bracelet)*, tie string in a knot 2-3 times, being sure to keep snug hold (not too tight) not to loosen beads or knot.

3. Cut off excess string/beads and if you still have enough go ahead and tie yourself a anklet or bracelet or put on babys wrist or ankle, or gift to someone

**4. Gently and quickly burn knot with lighter for extra security (Bonus: If you would like to)

Be Patient when tying on beads. You can also use a mirror to help.

***Be careful not to tie your waistbeads too tightly around your waist as this can increase tension and cause them to break easily due to string not stretching.***

There's no right or wrong to waistbeads, come get waisted! Choose your favorite color or go with intention.

*Place beads in sun for couple minutes- hours or how long you feel to recharge glow beads. Sometimes beads lose glow overtime.
